I. Overview
This series of low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is a combination cabinet type assembled by the factory using standard modules (FBA), and its technology has reached the international advanced level.
This series of low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemicals, metallurgical steel rolling, transportation energy, light industry and textile enterprises, residential areas, high-rise buildings and other places. It is used for the conversion, distribution and control of electrical energy in power systems with AC frequency of 50-60Hz and rated working voltage of AC 660V and below. This device complies with the national professional standards GB72511 Low voltage switchgear and JB/T9961 Low voltage withdrawable switchgear, as well as international professional standards such as IEC439-1 and VDE0660 Part 5.


II. Environmental conditions for use
1. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ° C, not be lower than -5 ° C, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ° C;
2. Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean, with a relative humidity not exceeding 50% at a maximum temperature of+40 ° C. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at+20 ° C, but temperature changes should be taken into account There may be occasional condensation;
3. The altitude shall not exceed 2000m;
4. This device is suitable for transportation and storage at temperatures ranging from -25 ° C to+55 ° C, and can reach+70 ° C in a short period of time (not exceeding 24 hours). At these extreme temperatures, the device should not suffer any irreparable damage and should be able to function normally under normal conditions;

III. Cabinet structure
The basic structure of the switchgear cabinet is composed of C-shaped profiles assembled together. C-shaped profiles are made by bending steel plates with E=25mm as the modular installation hole. All cabinet racks and inner partitions are treated with galvanized purification. The surrounding door panels and side panels are coated with high-voltage electrostatic spraying.



IV. Switch cabinet type
1. Power distribution center cabinet (PC): Emax, MT, 3WN, AH, ME and other series circuit breakers can be used.
2. Motor Control Center Cabinet (MCC): Assembled from large and small drawers, the main switches of each circuit adopt high breaking plastic shell circuit breakers or rotary load switches with fuses. Power factor automatic compensation cabinet (with manual, automatic, and remote power factor compensation devices)
